Your reservation is guaranteed.
If notice of delayed arrival is not received in writing, the reservation will be terminated 24 hours after expected time and date of arrival.
In the event of late arrival we cannot guarantee the type or position of your pitch.
In the event of late arrival or early departure the full payment of the original booking must be made.

During the period 01/7 to 31/8, bookings are only taken from Saturday to Saturday ( except b&b)
Deposit : 30% of total rental.
On payment of deposit (if there is availability), the reservation is definite and will be confirmed in writing.
The balance is due to be paid 30 days before your arrival date (except b&b)
In the event of cancellation, you will remain liable for:
- The cost of reserving.
- Your deposit of 30% of total booking if notice is received in writing of your cancellation before balance payment date (30 days before booking commences)
- Total payment of rental if notification of cancellation of booking is received within 30 days of commencement of holiday.
A bond of 300 euros is payable on arrival and returned on departure if inventory check is satisfactory. A percentage of the bond will be retained if necessary due to breakages/damage etc. (not b&b)
Your accommodation will be available from 15.00 on your arrival date and must be vacated by 10.30 on your departure date.
We expect you to leave your accommodation clean and tidy on your departure or we will be obliged to withhold 30 euros to cover cleaning costs. (not b&b)

Deposit: For stays of under 3 nights, there is no deposit as we ask you to pay for your full stay before arrival. For longer stays, there is a deposit to be paid : 30% of total rental.
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing and definite after the payment of the deposit ( provided there is availability!)
30 days before arrival, the full payment (minus deposit) must be paid although you are welcome to pay this in advance.
In the event of cancellation, you will remain liable for:
- your deposit of 30%, if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before your arrival date
- the full payment of your reservation if notice of cancellation arrives within 30 days of the beginning of your stay
In the event of a delayed arrival without notification from you within 2 days of your expected arrival date, you will be billed for the total costs of your original booking.
